I have just purchased the most comfortable mattress and my sleep quality is amazing, the service was very professional and the owners went out of there way to ensure quick delivery. Highly recommended.

If I could give a negative star rating, I'd give -5.We went in Saturday morning to purchase a mattress. We sat down to do payment, the the EFTPOS machine didn't print out a receipt. After 30mins we were told that we couldn't take the mattress as they couldn't prove payment. We were also told that since no prove of purchase he would not issue us a invoice.We said we would return Monday with statement to prove funds were withdrawn. We go in with a statement, only to be told that the statement could of been falsely made and refused to issue refund, and said I needed a new statement from the bank. During this we were spoken to very rudely. Tuesday I returned with a new statement, and again refused a refund.Thursday I received a call from John and I again asked for a refund as the money has not been returned to us. He said he will not be issuing a refund as I can't provide a invoice for the mattress. I reminded him that he didn't issue on due to him saying that there was no proof of payment.Still unable to get a refund.Avoid at all costs.Very rude, unhelpful and very uncooperative through the whole process.

Great mattresses but a small range of bases. Available in all bed sizes. Very happy with our purchase. Also delivers same day which was useful for us.

I have been waiting since October 2016 for someone to inspect a matress thst I am not happy with. It has been constantly turned anyway possible and is now showing indentations on both sides. It wasn't a price that we chose this particular mattress but the recommendatio of the chsp in charge of the store, thst said a lot ofMotels chose this particular because thet could take the wear and tear. To say I am not happy is an under statement. Msybe someone will be in touch ??
