Billie was very responsive and accommodating of my needs. He was able to make an immediate commitment to attend and kept to his word. After waiting for another company for 2 weeks to ‘get around to it’, Sambar Plumbing turned up the next day and got on with the job. They were polite, great communication and updates and quick.
