Victoria Point, QLD is lucky to have a great Vodaphone store. With some employees who understand the meaning of serviceI had a sim locked Samsung that I was putting back into service, on another network. Because it was a phone purchased through the now defunct 3-Network, it could not be unlocked online, or over the phone.I took it into the Victoria Point shop and the wonderful young lady quickly got me an unlock code and a reset code. I sat down with a cup of coffee and could not get the unlock code to work.Desperate I took it back to the young lady and asked for help. She and a young fellow spent about 10 minutes on the computer (I assured them that if the phone was totally locked I would not blame them) and got it all set up for me.I offered to buy them a cup of coffee, they said no. I said if you don't like coffee I could get you something else. They said no. I mentioned that they went over a above the required service, and I wanted to show my appreciation. They replied that service is what they were there for.Thank you Vodaphone for hiring people like this. I wish I got their names but it happened at about 1:00 to 2:30 pm on Monday 24-9-18. It appeared that they were the only 2 in the shop.
