Dolphin Pools

We have used this local pool business for literally years & years - supporting local and all.Sadly over the last few years, the service standard has fallen drastically and they are now no longer the friendly or reliable business we used to know.It took them absolutely months and months to rectify, what in the end, turned out to be a simple mix up THEY did attaching hoses from one chlorination unit to another, when attending to an initial callout. Then something else went wrong and so on it went.After all the years of using this business, when we requested a report or a ‘pool maintenance schedule’ for the past 2 years - for Insurance purposes - they couldn’t and wouldn’t provide anything to support the maintenance and condition of our pool.They were not only unhelpful, they were very rude about it.The fact was, they actually had no maintenance records or photos of anything they had ever done here, over all the years they attended - which is has got to be more than 15 years now.We were ‘forced’ to have to deal with them again recently - when we had to return our pool robot, which had WiFi/bluetooth issues from purchase date - and only because they were the local ‘authorized repairer’ for the manufacturer.Again, another totally bad experience from Dolphin Pools start to finish which left us not trusting them at all.The experience was so bad, that we in fact, asked the Manufacturer to collect our pool robot from Dolphin Pools and repair it themselves - as we wanted NOTHING more to do with this business.A business where the owner won’t return calls or emails, the shop staff scream down the phone when they cannot assist with any complaints being made and technicians that play tag fixing/not fixing what they’re meant to be fixing - doesn’t make a good business model.Disgusting service all round.We will NEVER use or recommend them again!

We had other pool companies we had used for years come many times, not fix the problem with our equipment and charge us expensive call out fees. In desperation I looked for someone new to take a look and cant believe my luck!. Dolphin pools were absolutely fabulous. They didn't give up until they identified the real issue, resolved it quickly and very effectively and we just paid for the repairs. I now wouldn't use anyone else and really trust them. I cant recommend highly enough - they are fabulous!

Have been a client for 25+ years. Dolphin have maintained our pools throughout, they always respond to our needs and available when needed. I wouldn’t use anybody else.

I have been a customer of DolphIn Pools for years. Always friendly counter staff and very helpful technical knowledge available. Sometimes it can get a bit crazy over summer on Saturdays, so don't be in a rush. They open early which I find great, as I can drop in before work on a week day.
