Almost ten years ago we bought our place from Michael and it was an easy straight forward transaction. Moving forward to last year Julie-Ann, Michael and Courtney renting our home then to the sale A1 realty team have been wonderful. Great communication and professional. Best real estate in town. Nothing but great things to say about the Harcourts team. Any problems that came up were rectified immediately and the lease end experience was simple and easy, no stuffing around trying to get bond money back. Our so called 'sales specialist' was only interested in the $$. No help with the purchase side of things & absolutely didn't care less about following up with any issues raised at pre-settlement inspection. Would not recommend Jenna as an agent for selling or purchasing.
