Stay away from this awful shameful company. I went on one occasion to this location for a supervised visit. On arrival I was astounded that an industrial estate full of syringes was the chosen location for children to attend. This company told my 8 yr old daughter that she would be in trouble with the court and she would be responsible for her mother also getting into big trouble if she did not get out of the car and into the building. They then tried to tell me I had to physically drag her inside the premises otherwise I would not be complying with the family law court orders. No rapport building and non age appropriate suggestions were given on why she should enter the unappealing centre. My daughter then fearful wet her pants and became scared for months that the court was coming to take her and/or I away to jail. A week later they demanded I bring someone else that was not pregnant to facilitate getting my daughter into the building. My mother drove the one hour trip with my daughter to again be bullied and given the same threats that both her grandma and her would be in trouble with the courts. Again my daughter suffered severe emotional trauma due to this companies uneducated approach to children and the family law court system. As a result my daughter spent the next year unable to go to shops etc thinking the courts were following her to take her away. Shameful business that should be shut down and held accountable for emotional damage to children.
