Hi,Just out of curiousity, is it normal for staff members to embarrass customers while they're standing right there? Had a situation on the 20th (yesterday) when I came into store.Context: Recently got into an accident and have been diagnosed with severe permanent spinal cord damage and acute sciatica which have greatly inhibited my mobility. Throughout my treatments, I have been able to regain my ability to walk without crutches or a knee brace so even though its not 100% and im not yet fully recovered, I understand outside of my bruised and bloody state I dont look like I have a disability so I guess this is what made Van, the name of the worker at the shop think he could ridicule me easy for asking help.Anyway when I was in store, I was there to buy my required medication and pick up some supplements and when I was waiting for them to have it ready I dropped a sachet of protein powder I picked up from the shelf and because of my injury I am no longer able to bend down as it causes extreme pain for me as well as its actually dangerous for me to do as it'll damage my spine more and reverse healing.Because of this I unfortunately need assistance when I drop things which usually isnt a big deal to most, but I guess Van thought it was an inconvenience to his job or somethingAnyway, I was looking around for a member of staff (dont wanna bother other customers) to help me and usually CW staff have been quite accommodating and helpful. Anyway I saw Van coming up to the chemist area and I guess since he saw me stupidly looking at something i dropped without picking it up he asked me very annoyed ''you alright?'' and so I asked ''Sorry ive got an injury and can't bend down, could you please pick that up for me?'' he laughed, picked it up and instead of just giving it to me or putting it in a basket and being done with me, he thought it was appropriate to call on his other staff and bring their attention to me and to ''come look'' because it was apparently so funny that an ''able bodied'' person was asking for help to pick something up then he told me jokingly (came off more condescending and apparent that he was laughing at me not with me) that it would cost me $5 for his service.Mind you gracefully, none of his staff members at the chemist appeared to find it funny. Im grateful for that. Then, for no good reason he decided it was okay to ask me out loud and still with humour ''whats wrong with you? why whats your problem?'' (asking about my condition and why i couldnt bend down), in shock and embarrassment i answered him what happened but oh my god. I got so frustrated with myself being there because on WHAT PLANET should a healthcare professional or staff worker especially one who isnt treating me ask me, a CUSTOMER out loud and again with humour about my very personal medical information/health/conditions which to him could have been anything. In what planet is this acceptable behaviour from a CW worker? Who asks about someones personal medical details? Its NONE of his business i was so gobsmacked, was my lack of apparent visual disability not enough for him that he needed me to validate and verify i had a disability that prevents me from bending down??? Was it SERIOUSLY that burdening and hilarious to ask him to pick up something that wouldve taken 0.1 seconds? sorry i ever asked Van. Im still so embarrassed, Ive lost so much muscle strength during recovery that if i even attempted to pick it up i would have never been able to get back up.I extend a personal apology to Van because I severely clearly burdened him and his authority at work by entering the store and having the audacity to ask him of all people, will remember my place as a peasant next time i come in if i ever and will be sure to strap myself into a wheelchair to prove my disability since CW doesnt validate non visible disabilities. Will remember to bring a reacher tool with me next time I go to a chemist. So Van should seriously question his attitude towards customers and quit the job if helping a customer is a major issue for him.

If there was zero stars that's what I would give this store.Came in to refund an item, while buying $100 worth of other items. The cashier did not have authority to do the refund so he asked for I guess a more experienced staff member for help and the access card".While I was paying for my for other items he ask me when I bought it? I replied i have bought it 3days ago but at another store. The other staff member came took my item and receipt and proceeded to the back of the store where apparently he was asking the manager for "approval".He returned and advised that the manager will not allow this as they are a different franchised store and you are required to go back to the store that you bought it from! What the?!!! Well obviously no one in their store is trained properly and no one knows their store policy on refund!!It states on their refund policy that customer's under the Australian consumer law: customers have the right to be satisfied with their purchase - if change of mind

Pleased with the customer service over the weekend, maryam helped choose the perfect perfume for my wife and kept giving me recommendations rather than just sitting there and waiting for me to pick

If you cannot be serve customers professionally under pressure, more specifically die to the panic buyer outbreak, then get another job that doesn't involve ppl. Leaving a review here on behalf of my wife. She asked for panadol for our kid as she had the fever. The man rudely said go have a look. My wife didn't want to have a look if it's not there. Then he said well call back after. You don't need to take your frustration out of customers because of a simple honest question.

Deny refund for a nearly 3 years old honey until customer found an article said more 2 years old honey should not be used. Every staff tried to act like they are the manager then refused responsibility when customer proved they were wrong.
