Jeans Express

Had brand new expensive cream trousers hemmed, went to pick up and the lady drew on the pants in blue pen whilst writing on the receipt right in front of me! I told her, she replied it was there prior to them getting them. I told her “I just saw you draw on them!”. She then apologised and attempted the get the pen out of the pants with soap and water. The pants still have the pen marks on them! Will never go back here!

Horrible service. They destroyed my 2 expensive jeans then said they can’t do anything about it!

Quick, professional service. Got clothing back the same day. Very happy with repair and price. Pleasant staff. They also have a loyalty card if interested

Clean, well stocked, fruit & veg are great. Free Underground parking.

I haven’t used their service, however, walked past the shop today and could hear the lady rudely speaking to a customer. Saying “we can’t... we don’t have the machine”. The tone was so rude and her voice was louder than the customer. Not a great impression.

I don't recommend this business. Orders always late.

Jeans Express replaced a two way direction zip on my wife's long length winter 'puffer' coat. Apart from unpicking the existing zip the task was made particularly tricky by the presence of press studs close-in adjacent to the zip. Anyway, Marie, did a beautifully neat job .. so much so you would'nt know the zip had been replaced. We will definitely be returning customers and would not hesitate to recommend this business to family members &/or friends. Well done Jean's Express :)

Highly reccommended! Def 5 stars. It's like having your clothes altered by your Nana. They are fast and efficient and also gave me tips on how to prolong the wear of my son's school blazer. Fantastic service.

I dropped mean jeans off last Saturday morning. The lady told me that the jeans would be ready by Monday if I could pick them up by 4pm. As I work full time I can not get to Marion on weekdays before 5. I was about to take my jeans when she told me that they are open until 7:30pm on Thursday, so I left my jeans there to be tailored. I returned on Thursday to pick them up at 4:45pm only to find them closed and new business hours being from 9-4 on weekdays and closed on the weekend. I have tried calling but they do not answer their phone and they have no service to leave a message at. I’d really appreciate getting my jeans back. They were expensive
