Watch out for these guys. Called them out to fix a pump leak, they took our pump and refused to provide service and return our pump until we paid for an invoice. They were extremely rude, condescending, shouting and laughing over the phone to my wife when she was trying to explain we want to pay the invoice. They then lied to us and told us they didn’t have the pump and it was at their Other shop and when we contacted them to find out, the staff at the other location had no idea and said it wasn’t there. Very rude. Stay clear.

Unprofessional service. Watch out they spring hidden charges on you later! I disputed the unfair, undisclosed charge and they threaten to black list me. I’ve spend hundreds $ every time I go to the shop, and this is their idea of customer service. I’m appalled, not ok.

very unreliable pool cleaning service people.made app and didn't even bother to call just sent email several hrs later saying had a work related accident yer right.do not use these people find someone else.now using jims pool cleaning services very friendly staff and very reliable unlike this crowd.

My husband highly recommends this local small business pool shop & won't go anywhere else.The guys here seem to go above & beyond compared to other businesses in the area plus these guys always get you the best price for pumps, sharks ect.

Organised a pool maintenance training for new pool owners for my husband and I. The staff member that came to our place was excellent and had a lot of knowledge with he taught us. I would highly recommend this store and their training service.

I have gone to several different pool shops in the area. Can say 100%, I would not go anywhere else, not would I recommend anyone else. Algester Pool Care in my experience have the best prices and their customer service is on point.

I brought my pool example to this pool shop and then they advised me to buy 6 different products. I spent 134 dollars at this shop and was told it is going to work. I applied it last week and my pool is still green. Very disappoionting and don't recommend to anyone.
