My wife and I have been looking for a house property to buy for about half a year, spending almost every Saturday for inspections. Having dealt with many other agencies, we are extremely comfortable with Sanja Komchian and Snowden Parkes team. We got quality advices and timely responses throughout the selling process and we felt that every steps were handled professionally and smoothly. It was absolutely lucky and pleasant experience, not just buying a lovely house successfully, but also having some new friends.

David Gennusa and his team were simply amazing. We decided to sell using the Jenman method of sale and achieved a far better result than we would have at auction. Bought an apartment years ago with this agent. Worst experience ever. No intention to solve my problems after settlement. Not even helpful at all. The boss is rudest person I have ever dealt with. Avoid this agent or regret your choice.

I have recently sold my unit with Snowden Parkes/The Agency and throughout the process Melissa & the team have been extremely motivated and invested to secure the sale. Although the market is hot at the moment units can be tough to move quickly (which the media don't tell you about) but during this stressful time the team looked after my greatest asset with extreme professionalism and assurance. If your talking to agents about selling your home or investment; do yourself a favour and pop in - it wont do you any harm!

I recently dealt with Snowden parkes and I was extremely unhappy with their staff! Well I was happy with most of the staff I dealt with but one lady I believe her name is Melissa Isifidis was a complete displeasure to meet. Completely rude and should be ashamed of herself. Would not recommend going here unless this lady is not serving you.
