AWD SUV was making loud rumbling noises. Went for a test drive and Tony could identify the problem almost immediately. He gave me good advice.Honest, knowledgeable man. Would definitely recommend.

I am amazed with the service given by Tony when my Mercedes Benz C200, 2002, developed a fault resulting in the transmission light coming on. He diagnosed the problem two hours after I phoned Global Automatics and saw me without my having to make an appointment. He ran a full scan of my car and eliminated the fault. Tony charged me considerably less than specialist Mercedes companies would have charged.

Fantastic company. My car was towed to Global with little or no notice to Tony after the Auto Electrician who had been looking at the car diagnosed a major transmission issue. Despite a full order book of commitments Tony fitted my car in around other jobs - a major refit of the transmission was required. Tony kept me informed throughout and even dealt with the warranty company ( even though they didn't come to the party). Tony and his team are friendly, communicative and very professional.

Tony and his Staff's knowledge and expertise, gave me confidence and understanding in the process of rectifying my auto transmission problem. The repairs were carried out thoroughly and within a fair time frame. Great customer service!Highly recommend this company for transmission work.

Amazing company. I had taken my car to two other places to check for a grinding noise from the transmission and neither could identify the problem, Tony took 15 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem and the fee was much less than I expected. He even had someone drop me back home after I dropped my car off in the morning as I live just 10 minutes away. Excellent service, really friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Me and my friend were stuck 3 hours from Perth as we had a transmission problem with our Honda CR-V! Tony was the only guy who was willing to help us. We drove back to Perth and he got us a part and got our car back and running. We managed to drive our car back to Melbourne we no problems. Thank you again tony for your great service.

They really know what they are doing. They took my vehicle for a drive, shared knowledge and reset my fault codes. Spent about an hour with me and didn't charge.I'll drop a carton off for sure
