Hungry Jack's Burgers Traralgon
Stopped in on a rainy day for a quick bite to eat and so the children could have a play.The new store is much nicer than the old one that burnt down and the playground was fantastic for the kids.Toilets other amenities were clean (which was surprising given how busy it was)Staff were friendly and the food was indeed fast and well prepared. No complaints.

Cold chips really make a meal unpleasant!Got them replaced, but you would think I was asking for something special.Nuggets warm, not hot, burgers warm not hot.Here is the”Large Sundae”, yep no point having a domed cup if your not going fill it, when asked if that’s all, I was told that they don’t fill it up because it would over fill, seriously when eating in?With the amount of delivery orders going out, we couldn’t work out everything wasn’t hot and fresh.

After a long 12 hour night shift it's always nice to find a quiet, clean place to sit down and enjoy a tasty breakfast with a good hot coffee and just relax for 15 or 20 minutes before continuing on the journey home.

Food, coffee, service was great.They just need to make the indoors less acoustic. There were two large seniors groups and a family group. Just the normal talking was very noisy.

Hungry Jack's TraralgonVisited on 16/3/2021I like to rank it with 5 stars but I have to reduce it by 1 star, because of the misleading poster stating that it store has free WIFI.It is a refreshing clean and modern stall. I am very impressed that a young staff member wiped and sanitised the table after the customer using it has vacated.The toilets are clean too.After reading the poster about the availability of free WIFI, I request for the password from a staff. He does not know the password, but he goes to check with his supervisor/manager. However, he returns to tell me that there is no free WIFI in the store.Just before I leave the store, I quietly ask the helpful young staff to convey my message to his superior to remove the misleading poster.

Ordered three iced chai lattes going through drive-through and received three HOT chais. Parked and went into the restaurant to have them swapped over - only to be told that we would have to pay again to get the ice Chai lattes. Forget it - if you can’t get it right the first time, what makes you think you’ll get it right the second time?Very disappointed and will be heading to Maccas from now on.

Only reason I came here was because we couldn’t find a Maccas or KFC!The food took to long to be made even though they were the easiest burgers to make but after all that there was mould on the bread, then we stormed back in and the manager said it was pen but to top that all of we got only 10$ back not all 13.75$,but the lady in the back said that happened last week. The burgers are worse at hungry jacks. Now I have wait til I get to lakes entrance. Thanks a lot

Visited Hungry jacks in Traralgon on Sunday 8th May 2023ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals to eat in which they packed in take away bags and each meal in separate bags when I took my chips out and added the 4 that had fallen into the bag it was 1/2 full I straight away took it to the counter and asked if they could fill it up the girl walked over to the manager who said no that is full the girl came back and said there was nothing they could do, did I still want them or not? I asked the manager for his name he told me I told him I would make a complaint and he just stared at me. This was the worst experience I have had and I will not be going to the Traralgon store again. Photos attached
