terrible sevice, both pharmacy and cashier!didnt call name, hide the prescription and let pt wait! rude! and cashier terrible slow action! slow! wasting your name!! I will not go back this terirble chemist!

Expressing our extreme frustration towards a staff/pharmacist working around 1pm earlier at CW Ashfield. This is with regard to a medication purchased by my husband earlier under a PBS script with a SCRIPT AUTHORITY NUMBER. He was overcharged $14 more than the usual amount he used to pay. Charged private price $55.69 yet by law (medicare benefits), should only pay $41.50. We want the $14 reimbursed back but we were told to go back all the way to ashfield for them to refund despite we live 1 hour away (campbelltown) and in the first place it's not our fault because it's their CARELESSNESS!

would only sell me 1 ventolin, made a big huge deal about it being the law and how they’re defenders of justice etc. literally went to their competitor and they sold me 2 no questions asked.no need to flex your rule following muscles kings, the law says “advised” not “required” so perhaps treat customers with dignity and allow rules to bend hey?cause ultimately at the end of the day, your staunch (and unnecessary) policies are only driving customers away.

Worse customer service ever. Staff very unfriendly. Bought 3 items and the guy in the counter didn’t offer me a copy of the receipt or even a bag. When I asked for a bag he wasn’t happy at all.First time I this branch and never again

You can always expect to wait for quite a while for prescriptions here. Not to mention, the pharmacists really don’t care about the patients, they just want the numbers.Today I tried to get a script filled that was left on file (with repeats), only to be told after waiting for 15 minutes, that the script had expired a few days ago. The pharmacist said sorry we should have told you it was expiring last time you were here, but there is nothing I can do now, you need to go back to the specialist. Now I will need to wait to get an appointment with the specialist and endure withdrawal symptoms, all because they didn’t do their job correctly.I will not return to a chemist warehouse. I’m honestly not sure how they maintain their accreditation with the way they operate.

Non existent customer service. The dark haired lady with glasses in a ponytail at the back today was upset that I took something from the shelf and perhaps accidentally did not put the items back in the correct row. She stomped and made a huffing noise to the shelf that I was just at and made a show of tidying it up whilst glaring at me the whole time. If she has a problem then she should have said something to me. It’s not like I did it on purpose or out the items on the floor.

The good:Great deal on the 1.25L bonus size Ego QV Gentle Wash, not available at other stores and quick Click 'n' Collect turnaround.The bad:The female cashier with glasses (12.45pm, 5 March 2023) is unnecessarily grumpy and just plain unfriendly. You should not work in retail.

I was really sick this evening and was unable to make it to a pharmacy. I called Ashfield before closing time to see if I could get medication delivered and it was too late in the evening. The assistant Joseph went above and beyond and offered to deliver my medication at 11pm on a Friday evening. So grateful for this, and how rare nowadays.Thank you a million times over Joseph!
