Rob is a very professional and caring personal trainer. He really values your personal goals and ensures that you achieve them in a way best suited to you. Unlike other PTs I’ve had, he doesn’t force you to your breaking point or make you do the exercises you hate over and over, he simply makes exercise an enjoyable experience. Rob is passionate about health and fitness, his genuine sincere approach to personal training is refreshing and uplifting. Rob knows his stuff, as his older brother, I can say his life is a reflection of what he teaches and the products and programs he has developed.
