Service, great and food wonderful. Not over packed most of the time. We had a nice time Thursday night were we got the best of everything well done great stuff and special thanks to front of house.

Thought we would try a different place for a change. Based on good reviews we chose Lotus Garden Padbury. Worst Chinese takeaway food we’ve had. 4 different meals all lacked flavour and seasoning.

Been a regular here for over 10 years . Same owners and even some staff over that time . Not flashy decor but really nice food and friendly service. Our favourite dishes are the spicy fried squid for entree- flash fried always tender , honey king prawns which are massive in a light batter with honey and any number of others including the duck with Chinese mushrooms or satay chicken. BYO which makes it more cost effective . Booking recommended for groups and they do a roaring trade in take away. Liquorland next door !

I'm really sorry to say this but it's the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever eaten in. I lived 5 years in China from 2016 to 2021 and we had the chance to travel around China and to eat in many street restaurants, homestays, etc. which means that we know the traditional Chinese cuisine of several provinces. Even our children aged 12 and 9 pointed out to us that it was not good like in China.

Terrible service. Stood by the door for 5 minutes waiting for the 3 staff to acknowledge us before I asked if we could sit down. Sat down at a table and then got ignored for a further 10 minutes. Another couple arrived well after us and were served immediately. Didn’t receive menus. Can’t comment on the quality of the food because we gave up and left.

Being going here for over 10 years. Same owners. Steamed duck & chinese mushrooms, Singapore fried mee fun & Cantonese style chow mein are some of the best out there!

Disappointed, my expectations were quite high due to the reviews on line. The food is a bit too westernised, not recommended for those prefer more authentic Chinese food! Quite expensive for what you get and price are not accurate (out date on website)! I usually have positive things to say about restaurants but unfortunately I don't about this one.
