The service was impeccable. The car is perfect. We were very well looked after and we highly recommend it for purchasing a new or second hand car. It was so good that we bought the sales man a gift. Well deserved.

Thanks so much to Richard in Spares who thankfully had a new turbo intercool for our 2017 Nissan Navara, and was able to put us onto John the manager in service at GMG Gympie, you guys are great. Hubby and I had just come from Fraser Island, where we didn't get through Indian Head without smashing the intercool, thankfully this happened on the second last day. We were able to limp the car all the way back to the Gympie service team, after a reassuring stop at the Rainbow Beach 4WD Spares and repairs, who let us know the damage.Our first time at Fraser Island has been a scary and delightful experience, and thanks to the surrounding businesses aka mechanical experience in that area, it won't be our last stay.Thanks again to John and the service and parts teams for helping us get back home on schedule. We really appreciated it. Also those home made biscuits are the best, they made our wait a little more enjoyable!

I would highly recommend Gympie Motor Group to anyone considering a new car & especially a Subaru. They provide excellent customer service, updates on new vehicles and are really easy to negotiate with. A huge thanks to Chris for being great at what he does and for making the trade in process & buying a new car so easy. I am extremely happy with my new Subaru Impreza & all of its amazing features & Chris sat with me patiently & explained all the different features to the new car during pick up & walked down with me to book it in for its 1 month check up. Chris truly went above & beyond. The service team were extremely helpful & lovely to chat with too. They are a great team and all work well together and they also reply promptly to queries. A very big thank you from a very happy customer.

Bought my car through them honestly they couldn't of done more if they tried , even when something went wrong with my car they completly fixed it no hassles nothing. Absolutely love Ian and Duncan for all there help would recommend them to everyone absolutely brilliant ,thanks for everything :))

Can’t say enough good things about GMG. I didn’t purchase a car here and they helped me get back on the road to travel home in NSW.Everybody from front office, sales yard and workshop were accommodating, supportive and friendly.It’s a long way for us, but when we look at our next car we will be doing it at GMG.

Chris was amazing. I needed a car quickly and he organised everything and got me on the road asap. He gave me all the options to make sure it was the right car for me and spent time going through all the cars features, so I was familiar with it before I drove away. He introduced me to the girls at the service desk and booked my new car in for its first safety check. He told me to call anytime if I have any questions or problems. I would d definitely recommend seeing Chris at GMG. In walked away one very happy customer.

Great experience and went out of their way to help. Ended up driving an hour and half as my local dealer and surrounding dealers would not help, where Gympie motor group did. Thanks again.

Bought from here expecting the usual dealer experience (the reason people buy from a dealer) and boy was it let down. Bought a $35,500 car so you'd expect a decent experience but no, not at GMG. Arrived to pick the car up, the car was filthy and parked outside, crumbs all over the seats, what looks to be squashed food in the clove box ,1300km more then the add said and the worst part was they left 100km of fuel in it (fuel light on). We spend that amount of money and you can't even put some fuel in it.....?even when you write it off on tax (Was told it wasnt polished and put in the showroom because its a used car, so i guess that makes us second class citizens) I can't say the salesman was great to deal with either. Confirms I could pick the car up on a Saturday then text's me Friday evening saying I can't because he had a motocross event on so had to try make other arrangments. Just utterly poor and no accountability taken. Pick ya game up Gympie Motor Group.

I don't normally do reviews but was absolutely blown away by the service and helpfulness of Gympie Motor Group!I live in Brisbane and had a potentially nasty dash light come on while in Gymie visiting my Mum. Google recommended I get it checked out as soon as possible because it potentially indicated that the alternator was about to fail/needed replacing- which ended up being the case unfortunately.Ruth who first spoke to me on the phone was so lovely. Even though their mechanics were fully booked for the day she asked the service manager John if there was anything they could do to help. John personally said he would have a look at it.When I arrived Ruth greeted me and again was so friendly. When John tested my engine/battery/alternator he seemed very thorough and explained really well to me what was going on.I then got directed to Kayla to see if the part I needed could be sourced today so that I could head back home sometime today. Kayla was also very friendly, helpful and patient with me when I needed to decide what I wanted to do. I really appreciate all the effort she went to with empathizing with me (I was a little bit upset/stressed during this whole process).An alternator ended up being sourced in Gympie- Kayla made many calls/searches to find an affordable one in the area. John was able to fit my car in with the workshop to have it installed today too so that I could be back on the road as soon as possible.I am very impressed by the service I got from Ruth, John and Kayla. If I lived in Gympie or need car help when I am in Gympie again I would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you so much again for all of your help, I really appreciate it!
