Our neighbours had a large tree removed near our boundary fence by Dickies. They asked for access to our property which we gave - we now wish we hadn't. Despite prior requests to avoid damage to our garden, almost no care was taken. The arborists" decided they needed to fell the main trunk of the tree onto our property

Dickies delivered 10 metres of mulch to our house today. We have used their services on a number of occasions, and each time we have been entirely satisfied. We can recommend them with confidence. Incidentally, the mulch was free of charge; Dickies were saved a waste disposal fee, and we received a free load; both parties are the better for the transaction; free market economics in action: I love it!

When the power was cut unexpectedly at my Mum’s house on a stormy wet night, I had to move fast to get it reinstated.Once the new pole was installed I needed to get some clearancing work done to Western Power standards for a tree that was in the front yard.Dickies Trees were able to come out the same day and did an excellent job. The staff on site were prompt and helpful.The power was able to be reconnected that afternoon and Mum was overjoyed. Thank you very much.

Dickies Tree Service removed a number of large palm trees from the rear of my property. The crew worked in a confined area with limited and challenging access. The work was carried out expediently and very professionally, with the area left spotlessly clean. This is the second job that Dickies Tree Service have carried out for me and I would not hesitate to recommended their services.

Sadly, our 70+year old E. nicholli tree died. We were worried it would fall onto our neighbour's house and our own, so we employed Dickies Trees. They were very professional, their workers so skilled, polite and obliging. They informed us every step of the way during the difficult removal. The huge tree was right in the back corner of our property and very close to the fence. I was disappointed to read our neighbour's review. I would like to point out DICKIES TREES DID NOT MAKE ANY SORT OF DEAL WITH US re plant replacement. Before the tree removal and out of neighbourly kindness, I visited our neighbours and offered to buy any plants that might be damaged during the tree removal. I am happily replacing 6 plants. Dickies Trees state they are not responsible for any reticulation damage on their quote. We do not have reticulation in our back garden, so I didn't give that another thought. During the removal and because the tree was close to the fence, Dickies Tree people removed some old fence panels and one cracked and another got damaged. DICKIES TREES DID TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS DAMAGE and replaced the damaged fence at no cost to either of us. The neighbours scored some free wood chips out of the tree removal. Dickies Trees cleaned up very well after the tree removal and our back paths were cleaner than when they commenced the job.So 5 stars from me for a job well done, for no damage to our houses during the tree removal and thankfully no workers were injured.
