Sebastian did an excellent job in selling my fathers property from beginning to end. He communicated and updated us along the way, did a great job in increasing interest and negotiating with buyers, to eventually selling the house on auction day. Recommend him!

Sebastian and his team did a great job from start to finish. We listed our family home for sale at the end of May when the market was cooling quickly. Sebastian found a buyer in around six weeks at the price we were happy with. Highly recommend Hill & Viteri.

Hill & Viteri Property have been managing my investment property since I bought it 3 years ago and I couldn’t be happier. I have been able to keep the same tenants the whole time who look after the place beyond expectations and Leigh looks after everything from paying the bills to organizing maintenance so I don’t have to worry about a thing.
