First time coming to Haidilao because of their reputation from China and around the world. Well, they don’t disappoint.The service is impeccable. From the moment you walk in, and continue during the dining session, until you leave the place. We had a dedicated one person staff that’s taking care of our table, Song Yu, and she’s very attentive, guiding us on how to order and how everything works. Awesome service from Song Yu! Thank you.Plus we walked out with multiple goodies courtesy of Haidilao.

Haidilao is an exceptional hotpot restaurant that offers a truly memorable dining experience. From the moment you enter, you are welcomed with warm and friendly service, and an atmosphere that is both cozy and inviting. The place is always packed and we had to wait at the door to be seated even though we had booked a week in advance.What sets Haidilao apart from other hotpot restaurants is their commitment to exceptional customer service. They go above and beyond to make sure that each customer has a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience. From the complimentary snacks and drinks while you wait for your table, to the hot towels and manicure services, they truly make you feel like a VIP. But maybe it was too busy when we went, and we didn't experience the overly cordial service. But I am still very grateful to the waiter who helped us, it is not easy for him to maintain efficient and friendly service in such a busy situation.

I was blown away by the exceptional customer service I received at Haidilao Hot Pot, especially from our waitress Juan Chen. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of amazing.The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the snacks that were provided while we were waiting for our table. And speaking of waiting, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the restaurant offers a free manicure service while you wait! What a thoughtful touch.Overall, I would highly recommend Haidilao to anyone looking for delicious food, exceptional customer service, and a unique dining experience. Thank you to the Juan Chen for making my visit so memorable!

Top notch customer service!Visited on Mother’s Day for dinner and the place was packed! Despite the nonstop turnover of diners, staff were still able to maintain the high standard of Haidilao customer service seamlessly.Special commendation to Anna, she went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed ourselves!Haidilao never disappoints!

Haidilao is the place that always have a best customer service and special.As long as I walk in the restaurant all the waitresses is so welcoming us with a smile and let us know if we want to make appointments for the manicure service. Is amazing place that there can provide you a manicure while eating or waiting for the Hot pot.As long as seat in the table we get provided with Apron just incase the sauce accidentally drop to our clothing’s and jacket or cardigan also get to cover just incase the hot pot in our cardigan.While we waiting for the food after we order the staff is provided us some fruits while we waiting for the food.Toy also be given to a kids so them can play them own while mum and friends having dinner.Jill is our service crew for tonight she is very friendly and try her best to provide us the best service as she can and she need to look after a few table in one times. Me and my friends feel very warmth and happy while having our dinner in Haidilao.We also love the special noodles show that’s the guy provide it was so much fun.The person in charge Lance also very friendly and He also very helpful and professional.Thank you so much for your amazing customer service. Keep up the good worksWill be back soon .

Great experience. Happened to go there on 520 (wǔ èr líng or i love you) day which was very busy but such an enjoyable experience. The staff were super friendly, food was delicious and I even got to fit in a free manicure which I love. We witnessed birthday sing alongs and noodle stretching as well. Recommended sharing with a group as it can get pricey dining as 2
