From the moment we entered this store, Austin listened to and supported us to order the products we wanted - such great service!

We had a really great experience working with Christina and Oscar today. It was great going in and getting advice from on tiles, silicone and grouting. They're really knowledgeable and pointed us in the right direction whenever we were uncertain.

Visited numerous tile shops in southern area looking for a particular tile to match exisiting ones in our house. No luck anywhere but called in to Beaumonts, Morphett Vale on our way home. Was attended to by a very amicable gentleman who advised that tile was not in stock and had in fact been discontinued some time ago. However, he knew the tile maker and tile colour and had actually seen some advertised recently on MarketPlace. We hopped online and actually picked up some of the advertised tiles today. Perfect match! Thank you to the gentleman at Beaumonts for using his knowledge and expertise to help us out. (If we decide to redecorate, we’ll be down to see you)

Today I entered the store and received a lovely welcome to browse. When I was asked if I would like help the young lady had great knowledge and passion for her job. Very helpful and great customer service.

Disappointed with service, was uncomfortable from the moment I walked in, felt like an intruder, no friendly greeting from the guy behind the counter, eventually someone came over to help, friendly enough but in a rush and when the guy behind the counter did walk past me I had to greet him with a friendly hello, later I asked some questions but he didn't really care, I left feeling annoyed, I won't even look at the samples I bought home because I wouldn't buy from there now.Lucky for me the next place I went to was the opposite.
