Food 3/5 nuggets and chips where okay, burger was assembled by throwing the ingredients from one end of the room and hoping for the best.Service 0/5 now I understand that they team here are young and most of the time do not care about service, the self serve units being the only way to order and overall chaos in the back, it isn't the staffs fault. It's clear the in store experience is for efficient and sterile for all McDonald's.Store cleanliness -10/5This may tie into either a lack of care or understaffing issue. Not an attack on the team, just and observation. While I was in this establishment there was a high volume of litter on the ground. One area was covered in sand? The bathroom was useable.Thursday at 4.30pm 8/12/22I would suggest that the team are supported more as the young team can only do so much.

Went here with the kids. Must say, the place was disgusting. Tables were dirty, bins were full and overflowing, rubbish on the floor.The staff were yelling and carrying on behind the counter like they were in high school. Despite there being no one in the restaurant, we still had to wait for service.When we got the food, our mcflurry was only half filled up (staff member said the machine wasn't working correctly but then miraculously filled them up when I complained).When my kids opened their burgers, they were cold and appeared as though they had been thrown together from across the other side of the room.I will not be going back here again. If the staff put as much effort into their food as they did yelling, dancing, and being immature, the restaurant would be fine dining.

Food is consistent but the kids running the joint carry on a bit. Screaming etc Ordered a Big Mac meal and the boy made it like he was James Harden taking a step back three.

Always fast friendly service, can't even compare this store to the ones in the Sydney metro area! These guys give you good country service, fast and efficient.

the manager who i believe her name is Megan working today around 11.30 needs a lesson on customer service. its absolutely disgusting. being rude to me and my friend because she passed us the wrong food even though she didnt give us time to actually say if it was ours or not. absolutely rank customer service. and to think thats meant to be a role model for younger workers. disgusting

Worst customer service through drive through I have ever experienced in my life! The guy at the window was extremely rude might have been the manager cannot believe people actually act like that in general. McDonald’s need to review their staff here!

I’m pretty sure the people that work here are completely deaf. How you continue to get orders wrong consistently is beyond me.No cheese means exactly that, not the piece of garbage attached.

This McDonalds is simply the worst. Once again I received cold chips with no salt. My burger was cold and only half in the box literally. What was the point of making me sit in the waiting bay. Don’t try to order a frappe on a hot day because the machines are always broken. Camden, seriously it’s worth the extra 5mins drive to Narellan. I wish we had more options open till late. Once again I say “I won’t be going here again”
