Reedy Creek Child Care Centre

So pleased with this centre and the caring staff. Recently moved from Sydney with very unsettled children and have had so much support from the centre it's made the transition so much easier.

UPDATE: It is amazing to see how a Google Review can make things move fast.The business owner was very arrogant via email and begging me to remove my review.She wrote she will refund my $160AU then she changed her mind.She wrote she could not retrieve the reports I was asking then after giving her a solution, she sent me the reports.I would not recommend anyone to deal with MaryAnne. She is unprofessional and rude.-Your centre is great and my daughter enjoyed it however your secretary/finance service is appalling. I have been emailing you since last May to get an attendancy report for my daughter to support a legal case and to know about the $160AU I paid in advance and that she will not use it as we left Australia. Mary-Anne replied she will get back to me but I have not heard from anyone yet despite my few emails. Your details will be passed on to my lawyer for further investigation.

Great centre with amazing resources and caring staff. The Montessori program allows for free flow inside and outside during the day. Love how there is 2 yards so the Kindergarten children can utilise the outdoor space throughout the dayHighly recommend

We love Montessori at Reedy Creek! Our son moved here at 14mo after a less than positive experience at another centre and has absolutely thrived, the difference is obvious. The educators are caring and involved and so knowledgeable about actual child development, we feel he is really seen as an individual and has grown so much as a result! Highly recommend

I am very happy with the service. My two children are always excited to go to daycare, they love the Montessori activities. The communication has been wonderful, I appreciate that the educators understand my children's needs

I can’t speak highly enough of Mary-Anne and the team at Reedy Creek Montessori. From ages 1 to 3 our son attended two other childcare centres, as well as family daycare, and through those experiences we have found Montessori to be the perfect blend of education, empowerment and play.Where some centres focus on ‘minding’ the child, Montessori recognises each individual child has their own capabilities and they make available opportunities to explore life skills in a safe and nurturing environment. This is a remarkable help at home when our now 4 yo sets and clears the table, packs away his toys and sweeps the floor after breakfast. The Montessori method also lays a foundation for learning through the child’s natural curiosity, which helps build the neural pathways (the basis of our habits) that the child can call upon for future learning.The team at Reedy Creek Montessori are fantastic at communicating learning themes so this can be supported in the home environment, and they often encourage parents to share their weekend activities or other special events, which helps foster a real sense of community within the centre.More important to us than any of the educational outcomes Montessori offers, Mary-Anne genuinely makes us feel like part of her family and treats our son exactly like she would her own. To entrust someone with the care and education of your child is a very big decision and I hope this review will help your family in some way.We highly recommend Reedy Creek Montessori!

My son has never been away from me or been in childcare before and I was very apprehensive to how he’s cope. He has surprised me with very few tears and that all comes down to the caring attention he has received during the day. I look forward to watching him grow in confidence!

We've recently moved to the area and even from before we arrived, Mary-Anne went over and above to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Now that we're settled in at Reedy Creek Montessori, I'm even more impressed. After my 18 month old struggled with drop offs in her first week, Mary-Anne checked in with me regularly, texting me outside business hours to reassure me and offer tips for settling her in. My 5yo, who is typically quite shy, has come home every day bursting with excitement over his new friends, the tennis lessons, the soccer lessons and of course the baby chicks they have been watching hatch and grow. It's such a lovely environment and both the education and care they're receiving is top notch. Could not recommend this place more.

Our kids love going to daycare, and we absolutely love the Montessori style rooms and resources. We feel so content dropping them off knowing how much they enjoy it and are really impressed with Mary-Anne's support and all the staff's welcoming nature. Mary-Anne is and was so understanding during my pregnancy and when our newest addition was born. Highly recommend!
