Beach Side Bowen Therapy
Jayne is lovely and her treatments have been very helpful. My chronic lower back issues resolved in 2 visits. Jayne also treated Bentley my new senior recue dog who had stress & anxiety issues. He enjoyed the gentle treatment and now no longer spends all night running in his sleep. Really helped him settle. I am very impressed with what Bowen therapy can achieve.

Beach Side Bowen Therapy
Beach Side Bowen Therapy has been amazing, I have had many different treatments for my constant aches and have been in so much pain for so many years, this is the only Therapy that actually makes an ongoing difference, and Jayne is just amazing, I highly recommend Beach Side Bowen's Therapy for soft tissue bodywork over all other treatments.

Jayne was very welcoming and made you feel comfortable. She was brilliant at her craft. The best Mind blowing Bowen that I've ever had! It was more then I expected which was so needed for my body mind and soul. She didn't just release my stuff sore muscles!Thanks ever so much can't wait to go back for another session.
