Great store, Mitch is a legend! Great customer experience, helped to guide me around the whole store.

This is a great industrie shop which has opened recently. The variety of options for shopping is great. It has a free parking area and the inside of the shop looks lovely.

Stocking a wide range of menswear, Industrie has all the basics covered and then some. With the winter stock moving on and the summer stock coming in, this is a great place to pick up a deal. Not even mentioning the 10% discount on all full price items that VIP members get (you can sign up in store with your purchase).

Won’t be shopping here again. The “sale” they claim to be having is deliberately misleading. Despite having “20% off all full priced items” signs plastered all over the store, on each end of every rack, on every table, window and shelf, the sale only applies to certain items. Which items? Nobody other than the staff know. There’s no way to identify which items are sale items and which are full priced. The sales staff told me that if the item appears in their catalogue then it’s not on sale… but there’s not a catalogue to be seen anywhere in the store. You only find out once you get to the register and can’t be bothered arguing with the staff. And why should they have to listen to a customer complain? The sales guy even had a phone call from a previous customer asking for clarification as to why none of their purchases had a discount applied while I was at the checkout which proves this is an issue.This isn’t about the money, it’s about the blatant disregard to the customer. I despise this kind of sales tactic and I believe this says a lot about the company.I was told there is fine print on the posters in the window saying “exclusions apply” which is great… if they specified the exclusions somewhere… anywhere… in store. None of the in-store advertising specifies exclusions. I’m sure consumer affairs would be interested in hearing about these tactics you’re playing at. Wake up you idiots.

The staff never offers / reminds to the members about the 10% discount if we’re regular customers that’s the least they can do not offering help to customers trying to find sizes :/ nice clothes but customer service it’s very disappointing

Such a fantastic store, my friend and I went in during the week to stock up on winter gear. the guy working there, couldn't remember his name was super helpful and the new line is super cool.Sure hope this store is here to stay, will be back!
