I have been seeing Kat for a year now. I really enjoy our sessions as I love her training techniques, she really takes the time to understand my goals. The gym where I train with Kat also has a good atmosphere and plenty of quality equipment to work with.In the 12 months I have been training with Kat, my strength and endurance has noticeably improved, she definitely knows how to bring out the best in me during our sessions and I really trust her.In my opinion Kat has a wealth of knowledge in human anatomy and her main focal point is to give her clients confidence in a safe training environment. These qualities make Kat an excellent personal trainer and mentor, no matter what level of fitness or age you are. Thanks for an excellent 1st year and looking forward to 2023.

I’ve been training with Katalyst Strength since 2019 and I love it! The weights section at the gym is no longer a scary place.With me, Kat focuses on form and technique. It’s helped me feel more confident approaching the barbell section of the gym by myself.Over the 4 years my fitness goals have changed and Kat is super great with taking that on board and tailoring a program to suit the new direction.Having Kat to guide my fitness journey has helped change my whole mindset around exercise. And it’s great having someone to celebrate the little wins with!

Kat is a friendly, genuine and supportive PT. She's able to tailor our sessions with my long-term goals in mind, yet is able to flex the program to my weekly needs (injuries or focusing on exercises that will help with other parts of my day to day life). Kat is so generous with sharing her knowledge and truly wants the best for all of her clients! 10/10 would recommend.

I would definitely recommend Kat as a personal trainer! She keeps it real - she's down to earth, honest (but still empathetic), encouraging, switched on (i.e., good at explaining exercises/what's going on in the body), polite, a good communicator, respectful, and fun! I highly recommend Kats small group training. She's a wonderful PT who creates a friendly and supportive environment for women to do strength training. I've done 2 sets of group sessions, am really happy with my progress and look forward to coming every week!

I’ve been training with Kat for over 5 years. She explains how to do each exercise and why they are important. Kat has kept me motivated and accountable with training and building strength. Training with Kat is fun and she has a great sense of humour. Highly recommend Kat, especially if your a woman who is looking to gain strength. She has helped me to gain the strength to lift in everyday activities with ease.

Kat’s teaching is effective and characterized by great empathy, a sense for individual considerations. A written programme and video recordings provide good support for training on your own. Kat is an extremely professional coach, for the beginner as well as the experienced.
