Awesome customer service from the moment I spoke to Cherie, then Matt and finally with Mika who came to repair my locks.Since I moved into my current business premises, the locks have never worked properly. I had three people look at them and make adjustments that helped but did not get them working really well.Now as part of renovations to my business premises, I wanted the locks fixed properly. Mika had a look at my current locks, explained what was not working and suggested options to fix them. Great service, friendly team and quality of workmanship. The guys had some great suggestions for whet I wanted done, they turned up right at the agreed time, did the job under budget and cleaned up and even followed up a week later to make sure everything was to expectations.
