I Strongly advise you to call fisher and paykel for repairs direct if there is a problem regarding your washing machine. Should there be a warranty issue, i found the owner personally very aggressive upon phone consult, refusing to attend site.very disheartened customer. repairs cost $50 less than a new machine

Pensioners beware.Attended site and said repair would be cheaper than replacing with new. Did repair work and then said more repairs were needed. Would now exceed cost of new washing machine.Had other contractor confirm that both items were evident for repair at the beginning and he has been sneaky in what was done.
