This place is an absolute joke, went in because my phone was not working.First of all Taylor was playing sudoku WHILE serving me , awesome customer service there!30min later says they can’t do anything to help and I’ll have to call up the help line. No help what’s so ever

On 2 accounts closed at 4:50 on a Thursday when opening hours state 7pm. The other one was had an appointment and phone them to get a message they will call back and they couldn’t even tell me or call the say they will be closing early…

The whole team is very rude and doesn't even know how to provide a decent service. This is the 3rd time I have visited to the store regarding my Internet issues, and they dont even care about to logde a complaint or even look into the matter I am facing. Even there are no customers inside, they ask me to wait, and today they told me they will text me in 15 minutes, when the one of the team member will be availabe, honestly I never got any text back even after 30 mins of waiting. After when I visited the store, there was 2 lady sitting, they didn't even care to serve or ask my problem.

Worst customer service as usual with moranbah Telstra.Staff very rude and instead of being supportive they just make me wait for hours.Telstra should do a customer service survey for moranbah Telstra shop I am sure most of the customers will be very disappointed with the service.This Telstra shop in moranabh is not customer focus.They know only how to bother the customer.

Useless and helpless! Don't expect that you get what you want! I ordered a new post paid plan and got told it'll work within 2-3 hours. Half a week later I still can't use the plan!Was calling the Telstra hotline and got told there are issues with migrating from boost". Well

They try to help but usually u have to ring a number. In all fairness they give exceptional service, but trying to communicate with the people at the end of those phone numbers, is so so so frustrating. Telstra, u have got too big and ur inability to communicate between services is abysmal.

I was uber impressed with the service from James upgrading my mobile phone and internet packages. 1 month on and James fixed my new mobile due to a software error. Thanks mate, good job.

Turned up just after 5pm and the shop was closed despite the website saying they would be open to 5:30pm.
