From Melbourne was in Sydney for few weeks. Had Bag wash , it was fast and very clean.Thanks for the good service.Will definitely be back and visit soon :)

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!I finally decided to bite the bullet and have all my business shirts washed and pressed to recoup come free time on my weekends.Having read positive reviews about this chain I was lulled into a false sense of security.This place... is just disgusting. I went back here 3 times to give them a good shot.Every time the quality of wash and press of the various shirts were just terrible. They ruined countless buttons from their press machine. Deep heavy creases were put in most of them.The best way to gauge a business is on how they fix issues. Well. This business failed beyond belief.They stained several business shirts, with brown small marks in odd positions all over the shirts. When I took them back they challenged it and tried to refuse, I had to threaten them with ACCC action for them to even try!They fixed it this time around. Hence I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and go back.Big mistake.HUGE. My next lot of business shirts came back with the EXACT same issue of brown spots. This time they tried to get out of rectifying it by claiming I had spilt coffee all over my shirts. Are you kidding me? My shirts came in pristine condition. And came out looking like stained garbage.Eventually they agreed to fix it, clearly seeing on file the same thing had occurred the week before.Apparently they outsource the wash and pressing of shirts. I made it clear to them that this was not my concern and they they are responsible for providing the service, even if its outsourced.In short, they couldn't get the stains out after several attempts. They then proceeded to go back and say I had put the stains there. However later admitting that wasn't the case, but depending on the staff, the story would change. Eventually I got sick of this and have evidence of the store admitting it wasn't my stains and that they actually have had this same issue with other clients!ARE YOU KIDDING ME. So after all of this, you knew it was your fault, but tried to blame me anyway.In the end they were unable to fix the shirts and refused to compensate for the loss of 4 shirts. There were more, but were able to eventually get the stain out of those.Needless to say, I would never, ever, ever return to this business.Even if your product/service was free!I tried 'Hang out dry cleaning' in Gordon. BRILLIANT. Best service and product. Couldn't be happier.

Agree with the other two 1x star reviews - do whatever you can to avoid this place. Even if you’re desperate, avoid it at all costs.This place has ruined a pair of my suit pants. Well, not anymore because I’ve had to pay a fortune elsewhere to get them fixed, but zero accountability.They seem to have a “charge whatever we feel” policy - we have dropped off the same items, with no stains, to be told they would be charged at different rates.I’m guilty of the first paragraph in this review - I have used this place when desperate. No more, that I can assure you. I understand, and should have paid attention to the fact, now why this place is always empty.

Ruined my doona, it shrunk so much I couldn't use it. They have refused to take any responsibility for it. Worst customer service ever! They have definitely lost a long term customer.
