Excellent customer service. Excellent range of fine jewellery and costume jewellery. You can try and take your time to make a good decision. Great sale. Bought south sea pearls . Love them.

Staff are lovely but overpriced. Got charged $80 to change two batteries and get a link removed. Massive ripoff.

I would highly recommend Ritz jewellers. They did a wonderful remake of my engagement ring and the cost was reasonable i have used them many times for repairs to various pieces of jewellery.They also have a great range of jewellery to purchase. The staff are always helpful and provide great customer service. I will only use this jeweller.

Fadia was so helpful and caring, asking all the right questions. The price was reasonable too. I wish I had gone to them in the first place to buy my ring. But I will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

Fabulous service, staff are amazing

THEY CRACKED MY DIAMOND!!Absolutely would never recommend this shop after my experience.We purchased our engagement ring from them.I explained what I wanted. It was made. My partner waited until our anniversary to propose. When I saw my ring I was absolutely gutted that it was not what I had asked for, they made it wrong.I went back and explained that it was made wrong.They “fixed it” it was still wrong. Did that another 3 times. The way I was spoken to in that time when it came back and was wrong multiple times I was made to feel like i was being unreasonable for asking for it to be made the way I originally asked Until it was finally right. I thought thank god!! Then when I was shopping for a wedding band, a jeweller pointed out to me that my diamond was cracked!!I went him and checked my diamond certificate and there was no crack marked on the certificate. I went in to the ritz and was told they would replace it. Obviously they knew they were at fault.The only way it could of been cracked was when it was getting remade as there is absolutely no other damage on my ring which has a halo around the diamond. I was also told by multiple jewellers that the diamond would have had to be out of the setting at the time it was cracked because there was no damage on the halo or anywhere else on the ring. I went to see the diamonds they had found as options and all had marks on them I could see by eye. This is not the quality my partner originally paid for they were obviously cheaper diamonds. I told her I wasn’t happy with them and I was told they would keep looking only to receive a phone call the next day yelling at me telling me it’s not their fault my diamond was cracked. I asked for a refund as they had damaged my diamond and they are refusing and will not contact me!Absolutely disgusted. The stress it has caused me dealing with them. Going back and forth the amount of times I did all because they didn’t listen to me the first time about how I wanted my ring. Dragging my 2 young babies to their shop only to be disappointed and made to feel I’m being unreasonable for wanting what we had paid for. Never would I ever send anyone to them for anything! Nothing but stress and a cracked diamond!I hope this review saves someone else the stress dealing with this business has caused me.

Would recommend Ritz Jewellers to anyone! Really genuine staff at the Ritz with beautiful stock to match.I got a great deal on my G shock watch and I will definitely be coming back for Christmas. Thanks Fadia and the team!
