I am extremely disappointed with the service we've received from WAM. They were assigned to us to come out to fix our dryer back in March as part of a warranty claim.The first time they came out, I was asked to help lift the dryer off of the washing machine and the technician insisted me to do so even when I said that I couldn't (I am a VERY petite girl). I was then asked to help lift the dryer back up into place. A dryer is a two-man lift and the customer should not be asked to help with this. 2 technicians should be coming out or the technician should have a lifter tool to help him lift it on/off safely. It was by pure luck that we had a male visitor come by who could help him lift it. What would have been done by WAM if he wasn't there to help?After the technician came and 'fixed' the dryer, it started leaking on every use, which was not the original problem. I had to then contact the dryer company again, and WAM was assigned again to come out and fix the unit in June.I received a call only an hour before hand (absolutely no notice on the date) that a technician would be coming out in the next hour. I told the person on the phone that they can't expect a customer to be able to be home with only an hour notice, during a work day. She then told me to call back to confirm whether I could get someone to be home.The technician came out and we got told that there was a problem with the pump and someone would come out to replace it the next day. I made sure someone would be home, but no one contacted me or came the next day. Upon contacting WAM, they insisted that both the initial person who called me would have asked me if they could come rather then tell me (she didn't, she simply told me they were coming, until I complained and said you need to give notice and that I didn't know if I could get someone to be home). He also denied what the technician said and said that the technician would not have stated that he would be back the next day to fix it. Again, he definitely did. He then told me that they gave no update as they needed to wait for the dryer company to get back to them and again, kept denying that the technician would tell us he would be back the next day to fix it.After contacting the dryer company again, they mentioned that this particular company aren't great to deal with and that their diagnosis seemed over the top. They re-assigned us to another company who then came out and fixed the unit the following week.Absolutely awful experience in the end. Mistakes can happen, but it's poor form when a company denies everything they did rather than taking responsibility for it, admitting fault and apologising for it.

Great bunch of guys very helpful.. I called to order a motor for my dryer I thought was the issue but they advised me it was most likely the capacitor which saved me $240 thank you so much will def use again in the future

I ordered an item off their web page. They got back to me blaming 'corrupt orders' causing price issues and wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars more. I cancelled my order and never going near them again. Edit: response to your response: I didn't demand you keep your posted price as advertised as ordered. I told you I don't want to buy off you I don't like how you run your business. Ie post a bogus price on your Web page. Entice someone to buy it, then you demand them to pay hundreds of dollars more for it with a fake premis of some kind of corruption causing the price to be wrong.

Used their service to get fix my SMEG dishwasher. Technician wasn't capable enough to find issue and fix. Not only that, he refused to re-instate the Dishwasher under the benchtop. He didn't make any effort to either make it right or offer any correct resolution. Waste of time and money! unprofessional and incompetent! DO NOT USE THEM!

WAM spare parts sales consultant named Lucky was extremely knowledgeable and experienced with my product. He knew what the problems were and provided the correct parts to resolve two issues.I was reluctant to replace this top of the line french door fridge/freezer as I am unable to find this large size unit on the market today. First we replaced the main CPU board to get the fridge functioning again and then we fixed the ice auger/crusher/dispenser which had been broken for years, when just out of warranty, and I was unable to get any knowledgeable assistance and was told to replace the fridge. I am delighted to say the fridge is functioning like new again
