Our Brivis Buffalo 85 gas heater broke down after 17 years. Shiva was very thorough with his investigation into the problem. There was rust and gas leakage as well as a fan that was no longer working. His knowledge of the system was impressive. We opted to get out of gas entirely and install a split system. He was open to this and we saved thousands! What a friendly helpful guy! We are very happy.

Plum trade services, installed my ducted heating two years ago and did a brilliant job. As part of the service they texted me when it was due for service, which I booked in doing this they extended my warranty. Joshua did a wonderful job. He was polite prompt and very professional. Highly recommended!Aden's quality of work was with high standards. He was happy to point at and explain what the fault was, why our refrigerated cooling and ducted heating wasn't working. The technical aspects he elaborated in layman's terms for me to understand. He was happy to answer questions l had. He went beyond the usual break-fix by correcting even a sagging flue pipe made by a previous plumber from 10 months ago. I would highly recommend Plum Heating and Cooling, and commend Aden to his boss. If I was an airline passenger, I would be happy for him to be my pilot and entrust my life and my family to his capable hands.I went with Brivis/Rennai initially as they were the authorised repairer but I wasn't impressed by the contractor they sent out last July 2022. They want to send the same people so I changed to Plum Heating.I paid $320 for call out and diagnostics plus $580 for a new PCB/ circuit board.I will definitely engage them for my other rental properties.

Easy to make booking for Service of Brivis Central Heating Unit with lovely customer service person. Great reminder message re booking and text message the night before with booking start time for next day. Technician then also rang me about 15 minutes his arrival to confirm. The technician (Josh D) was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date with what he was doing and why, and took before/after photos to show me. I highly recommend his work and would happily use him again in the future.

I had my central heating system serviced today. Daniel Williams did a thorough health check of my gas ducted heater. He found one vital part that is not functioning at it’s optimum and he replaced it. I feel safe knowing that my heater is working great now. Thanks Daniel. I had Josh come for a service and to look at a fault. Josh was fantastic. Polite, prompt and communicated to me his timeline for attendance. Very tidy, considerate of flooring - removed shoes and cleaned up after he finished.Couldn’t ask for more.On top of that Plum replaced a powerboard under warranty. Best heating and cooling company to use.Booking was easy and office staff very polite and helpful in getting an appropriate appointment time.

Jim from Plum Heating was amazing! He was very friendly, professional and diagnosed the issue with our Ducted Heating upon inspection. He explained the issue very clearly and recommended replacing the combustion fan. The part was ordered, installed and the issue was resolved very quickly. Quick response and excellent customer service. Shaun diagnosed the issue after having a brief look and explained it really well. He gave his best recommendations and also told me some other options according to my need and budget. My overall experience with Plum Trade Services was great. Plum promote themselves as a company of integrity and that definitely rings true with our experience.Nathan, who attended our household to quote a new gas ducted system was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and very patient with all our questions. He could have easily sold us a very expensive setup but he advised the ducting in between our ground and first floor wasn’t up to scratch. We weren’t in favour of ripping down the ceiling so Nathan suggested we go with split systems instead.We were very happy with the team that installed our units; Turned up on time, very professional and extremely impressed with the quality of their work. Plum are very open about the fact they cost more than most, but when it comes to heating and cooling I was quite happy to pay for that extra peace of mind.
