Katrina, provided us with an excellent consultation re: the design of a new home. Although we were only in the very early stages of our thinking and planning, Katrina's knowledge of the processes involved in developing and implementing a new home was extremely helpful. Always check multiple references before engaging an architect, in particular seek references from all ‘advertised’ past projects. As the owners of the Victoria Road/Black Box House/Northcote renovation, we are happy to provide a reference for our experience with this architect - we can talk you through what happened at all stages and where it ended up. Insist that Logan Studio provide our details (don’t take no for an answer!) Also reach out to all other trades (e.g. builder/energy efficiency reviewer/kitchen builder etc.) involved in the project for their honest feedback.
