Clean and pretty new, bit noisy as close to road but not too bad. Very compact apartment and parking bays tight fit. Good for 1 or 2 nights.

Very comfy room that had my family of five stayed in. The room consisted of a small kitchenette/ lounge area that had an adjoining balcony, comfortable queen bed in one room with a double to single bunk bed in second room, rooms are divided by a bathroom which had the spa/ shower with large shower head and toilet. Location is easy to find and located on the main road. The apartment is walking distance to warrnambool CBD , beach precinct and other attractions such as flagstaff hill with some fantastic walking tracks close by which includes granny's grave and thunder point. I definitely recommend apartment 521 if looking to visit warrnambool the owners / staff were lovely to talk to and very helpful with our rebooking our trip during lockdown which we really appreciated!

First tip is to book direct with the service provider rather than an online and off-shore search engine website.Apartments 521 is located on busy Raglan Parade which serves a large volume of ‘Bool’ traffic - can get a little noisy. Car parking for the apartments are rather tight.We stayed in Apartment 2 (upstairs) and found that the ladies who operate this accommodation have fitted it out generously. It is well decorated and has loads of towels provided. The spa is big enough for 2 adults.Kitchen was tiny and you would best be served by take away or something you can assemble at the dining table.

These apartments are well situated in the city centre, you get comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price, the staff are friendly and accommodating and have excellent local knowledge. If you are looking for comfort on a budget, with convenience to all off the beautiful sights Warrnambool has to offer this is a great place to stay.

A lovely clean apartment, central to everything. Really nice bedding. A fantastic shower with great water pressure, good wifi and Netflix to cap it off. Was the perfect stay for me and my son! We'll be back.Also a very special thank you to Angela for returning my sons my prized Baby Yoda toy by Express Post. May the force be with you!

A nice little apartment to stay overnight, even the sofa bed was comfortable enough. However they have very limited car parking, and you might have to end up parking on the street...

Stayed here for 1 night with my partner to explore a little bit of Warrnambool. The location of the apartment was great and central which made it easy to walk to most things. It was clean and tidy and the shower was massive. A little odd with the rules of having to empty the rubbish bins and strict with the dishes but all in all it was a nice place to stay for a night.

Centrally located, comfortable accommodation, A/C, Netflix and TV in both Loungeroom and bedrooms!Would love to give this place another 2 stars though what let's it down miserably is the rule you have to wash your own dishes, dry them and put them away! Which leads me to believe the dishes are not cleaned professionally! It's not what you expect from any accommodation except a hostel! Whoever come up with this rule has not idea. The high expectations they gave of you and all the extra fees if you don't meet them is an irony when the carpet was stained to no end.
