Wow! This is worth traveling for! Food that would make any Melbourne restaurant proud, but with country hospitality!While the three mains were delicious ( 2 exceptional pasta dishes and a perfect prawn salad) it was the grazing platter that I will come back for time and time again! Seasonal produce treated with just enough flair to elevate them and dips and bread that were so moorish!Skip the wait times and chaos of Echuca and make this your go to destination!

Great old pub which has been so well restored by the owner. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. Dinner was excellent.

Beautiful old double story heritage building with beautiful, comfortable rooms with full ensuite. The rooms are very clean and have great air-conditioning. The views of the town are magic from the old balcony and to sit out there on a warm summer night was just magic. Mick the owner is so lovely, and more than helpful. I would recommend this place and will stay here again when I visit Rochester again. Thanks Mick!

worst lunch service I ever had in Victoria. we tought we would be helping going there in a group of 14 or 15 people, after the floods and what I got was try the supermarket" when I asked for a bottle of water to buy. no to mention they were obviously not happy to be working on a sunday. never again."
