I was browsing the Toowoomba Lovisa store at 5:20pm on 9th December 2022. The behaviour of the staff working at this time was disgusting. I’m only 21 myself but was shocked at how these girls were acting and the conversation they were engaged in, loud enough for the whole shop to hear. I was totally ignored, girls were far too busy talking about their personal lives to take any notice of customers. They were also very clearly using swear words, so unprofessional! I saw many things that I would have loved to have purchased but did not want to support such appalling behaviour!

Walked pass here on the weekend. Clear disregard for their own Covid safe plan. There were clearly more than 13 customers in the store at one time.

Love Love love the jewellery!! hate the attitude of the staff members there. rudely threw my jewellery across the counter, didn’t wrap it nor did they put it in a bag. then yelled out to me across the store that i can’t return it without a receipt after not giving me a receipt. Also… didn’t enjoy being filmed by the staff and after confronted they denied.

Hi I am extremely happy with the service I received from Takia. She went out of her way to search for the particular pair of earrings I was looking for and when we couldn’t fine them she took my phone number and name. I left the store and after 5 minutes she rang me and had found the earrings I wanted. I am really happy with the service I received today and hope her Supervisor is aware of how good she is. The girl who served me was sooo rude! My receipt says her name was Tyla. She made me feel stupid for asking a question about a price and seemed annoyed to have to answer it. I walked out of the store feeling absolutely awful!! I work in customer service myself so I’m absolutely shocked!

Been to Toowoomba store yesterday and today to get daughter's ears pierced. Was told no yesterday because the lady wasn't confident to do it so come back today, get there today and they tell me no because someone called in sick. Not my problem!Twice now i've been in and told no.Don't advertise no need to book appointments if you can't honour it.How bloody hard is it!? I'm a beautician and pierce ears so I know it's easy. (Only reason I don't do it myself is I don't own the gun..)Honestly. What a joke.Could have booked with other businesses if I'd known it was to hard for them to do!!Won't be back!
