This IGA is conveniently located in a local shopping village. Has a great range of prepared meals, good quality fruit & vegetables, prepared meats and a hot food server. Their specials are great and the staff friendly and helpful.

Lady works here with the short blonde hair & lots of makeup told me I obviously can't read" when I put my bike inside."

If your caught short and want to avoid malls and live in the area. Spanos is an excellent grocery store to go too.they have everything you need on a small scale.Not sure of other Spano stores but this place is very good.

Great little supermarket with lots of fresh ready made meals, pizza to take home and cook, has a good fruit and vegetable selection, fresh meat and chicken, deli with sea food sliced meats cooked chickens.Has a lotto outlet and fresh flowers by the door.Open every day even on Christmas day!

Glad to see an alternative to the big supermarkets. Good range of produce and the price is still comparable to the larger options. Bbq chickens and good size deli, hot food and salads available. Fresh flowers and bakery items as well. Always busy but never a long wait.

No help from staff at all. Went to buy cans of bake beans for work and to help me carry them easier I ask if I could have one of the boxes they have infront. But i got told they're not allowed to give them to customer.. you can go to woolworths and Coles or anywhere and they just give u the boxes.. what a joke!

Great option for early birds, they have all the basic essentials, So good!

Lovely staff and a great place to visit to get some groceries on the quick. I would give another star if there were vegan more options. Also no celery there tonight.

I rang today 4/10/20 to ask if they had roast pork. The girl on the phone sounded like she couldn't be bothered checking when I asked if how many they had and how much it cost. She told me she couldn't weigh them individually to give me a price so I asked her to weigh just one.. she went on to say she cant hold on to one if I wanted to even though I told her I couldn't get to their store for another hour and a half. When I asked to speak to the manager, I can instantly tell the tone of her voice softened. A man came to the phone and I asked him for his name and if he was the manager.. I started to tell him that the girl on the phone was rude and told him what I was ringing for. When I said all I rang for was to see if they had roast pork and the 3 that I was told they had, the girl didn't want to do that for me and he immediately cut me off and said they are under a lot of pressure and they weren't in a position to do that. What a LOAD OF RUBBISH... I work in customer service myself and no matter what. You do your best to serve and keep your customers. I dont think weighing 3 pork roast is a lot to ask for. Customer service is a disgrace and Manager TOM should look at ways to have proper training in dealing with customers. Disgusting attitude to say the least.
