Went down the baby section looking for a product I had seen online. Reached to the top shelf to grab something and one of the staff (female, short brown hair, glasses) said you really should ask for help or you'll hurt yourself" in a condescending tone. I'm 5'10. I can reach the top shelf safely myself or I'd ask. Plus there is a polite way to talk to customers.Another reason I'll just shop online."

Terrible service. Advised that it can take 48 hours for an app order to be ready. Overall it has been really unpleasant experience when collecting scripts. Will rather be using a local pharmacy in future.

This close to Christmas and Harbour Town is packed.We wanted to get some fragrances for Christmas and was helped by ChristineShe was so lovely, attentive and helpfulChristine definitely represents the Chemist Warehouse brand with a professional attitude that most workplaces would love to haveThank you for a positive experience in your storeWe ended up buying about $300 worth of products because of your sales hahaThe store even though there was heaps of customers around was super clean and well litWill be back

Someone were being served in the perfume section and I was right behind them next in line. After serving the the person in front of me, they just completely ignored me and walked away.I had to go and find the employee Saying “excuse me can you open the cabinet? I need to get something from in there”Customer service people. Get familiar with it.

Security guard at entrance was just making us to feel insecure by coming to us where ever we were going (me, my wife along with 2 kids), just because we had shopping bags with us... Felt so insecure that i had to drop my bags in car first then came back in store... Some indian lady security guard was there... Should have some sense atleast

First time use today, very friendly staff, great service. Chemist bit crowded to my liking.(Benefits out ways crowdedness)Handed scripts in for the first time at a new chemist (after being loyal to one chemist for over 20 years) and to my surprise when picked up was just over half price from National Pharmacy.Don't need to comment any further, Loyalty what loyalty from now on.Cosi Director Cavbiz.
