Heights of unprofessionalism...Recommended? NO WAYI went there one day for one issue check, that day the guy told me what the issue is and gave me a quote. I went somewhere else and other mechanic gave me a far better quote and I got the things fixed by other mechanic.2 Days later I booked essential service with Midas guys again. I left early from office to get it done that day. When I dropped the car, one guy asked me what happened with the issues other day. I told him that I got it fixed in cheap prices and then I walked away. After 2-3 minutes I got a call from the owner saying PICK YOUR CAR

I called them to get a quote for servicing. The guy on the phone told me the price, then I said I will arrange some time to come. He told me, we are busy, do you want to book. I said, not now. Then he sweared at me with nastiest words. Extremely rude and uncultured behavior. Don’t go there peeps. Lucky to have 1 star to get a review.

If zero stars were an option, they would definitely be receiving that! I’d absolutely avoid this store!!First Issue: before I decided to go to this store I rang them and asked did they have Humm payment as an option, the person on the phone very confidently stated they did. When I dropped the car off (they are meant to be open at 8am but didn’t get there untill 9am) they assured me that they had humm and loved it.When it came time to pick car up it was brought to my attention they hadn’t even set there account up yet. I travelled 1.5 hours to pick car up in 36 degree heat in a train, after being told it was fixed and humm was able to be used only to be told I couldn’t use it untill the next day. They refused to give my car back untill I payed for it the next day.Second issue:Not even 2 hours after I picked the car up, I started having additional issues that had never happened before I dropped the car off. My breaks started to screech very loudly and my aircon fan is making extremely loud noises. I rang the store once I realised the break noices and they claimed they never touched the breaks and that they were fine and offered no solution at all.Please do yourself a favour and don’t go here!!

Good service. Good price. Fixed on a timely manner. Good transparency & communication what the problem was with my car. Friendly service & good customer service . Highly recommended mechanic or for any car problems or queries.

Worse place ever don't take your car there, I got a second hand car and my friend who is a mechanic went with me to inspect the car and everything was perfect.I thought taking the car for a general service to this guys after few days, and this guys made a mistake lifting the car, breaking the mud guard over the wheel causing an annoying noise because the plastic over it was hitting the wheel every time I was turning left or right.When I took it back they just said that I hit something and a rude answer that it wasn't their problem, they didn't do anything to solve it.

Save yourself hassle of dealing with them. Just a bunch of sweet talkers looking to make quick money.I went there for essential servicing and e-safety check. They tried old book tricks to convince me that my car is a piece of s**t and it needs immediate two grand repair.Lost whole day and walked out without even getting the booked-in services. Instead had to pay them to run some disguised diagnostics.Went to other local mechanic later (recommended by a friend) who did the job with complete honesty and in no time.

The guys at rockdale Midas were awesome. They explained everything and quoted perfectly. They're also pretty cheap compared to their competitors

The worst service ever. Ive got a Groupon voucher and they wanted to make me pay double that just to print a report. They didn’t check the coolant system and my car broke down two weeks after and it was supposed to be included in the service. Super disappointed and angry at this point. Waiting for the lawyer’s answer.
