What a store! Not only the super spacious, plenty rich stock, variety and display is what make this store a place to go in the West. Tom the person in service and Matt the commercial and cycling master mind make the experience superb. So superb that make you feel strange when leaving the shop, I want to stay longer. Bike repaired perfectly, serviced beyond expectations, communication and transparency all the way. To my mates in the road,trail,gravel A store run by skillful cyclists with commercial and customer service attitude is a great partner to have.

Had a couple of wheels fixed and when I tried to put my tyres on a few days later I realised they forgot to put the quick release bolt and nut on one of them.Took it back and they found the missing part out the back. Mistakes happen and they dealt with it professionally and were apologetic even if I was a tiny bit grumpy, so good customer service in the end!

Tom was great - very informative and clearly passionate about bikes and his knowledge was astounding - i did present a dinosaur bike however he told me it was a very cool bike and told me a bit of the history of the style bike - It is my go to store for sure

Loved the fact that they took time to answer our questions and gave their own feedback/ perspectives on the pros and cons of the different models of the Merlin.Will be back if we’re buying a bike again!
