Nigel was very helpful and took the time to solve my car problems. He's a real car guy that knows his stuff.

They had the parts I needed and were able to find them.I will mention though that the male manager was kind of rude and spent more time flexing at female colleagues than actually doing anything useful.

Hey hope you are doing great..i was on motorway and car got stopped we called roadside and waited 3 hrs in high sun to come the roadside.And when we went to machenic he checked everything and he told bettery is faulty which we bought before 5 days from you guys.and then i went to store to get another battery and then the guy adrin told me to get another battery from shelve but he didn’t bother to go and give me the right battery.But accidentally i took same battery but wrong terminals.And then i drive on uber for 40km with that wrong battery.When i went to mechanic he said its same battery with wrong terminal and then again i drive back again to the shop.And the last we went again shop and they didn’t have same battery and then we asked for refund and then they didn’t give us installation refund and we asked them very politely and then that guy adrin throw pen in front of us and ran away.I have trusted autobarn from last so many years we just want a good service from you guys but that guy adrin and that girl treated us as a piece of sh…Mt ommany was great.

Big shout out to this store! Brad, thanks again for sorting out my Mazda seat covers & put the dash mat on- no trouble & went over and above. I was travelling for work & bosses coming out in car. I’m an anxious shopper and he just got it sorted! Thanks again to Brad and the team on Saturday!

Do not trust these guys with your car. They are not professional. They will damage your car and literally hot glue it back together. I had to redo the whole system myself because I thought my car would burn down.

Very helpful staff. they are very knowledgeable on most things. convenient location with parking.
