Real Estate Agent - From a Buyer's PerspectiveWhile I had bought/sold two properties before as part of a couple, this was my first as a single woman, after a Divorce. Michael was very patient with my many inspections (with various family members and tradespeople). After the sale, the expected settlement date was delayed by the Vendor and Michael showed genuine concern for my sons and I and our living arrangements. He was friendly, professional and sincere throughout the stressful buying process, which I am grateful for.

Absolutely horrendous experience with this pack of clowns. We rented in Pyrmont with First National Pyrmont for about 9 months with several unlivable circumstances and spent the entire time pushing for them to do the bare minimum.A broken roof tile meant that we had water streaming down one of the bedroom walls resulting in so much black mould that we had to vacate the property with our health and safety at best interest, disposing of most of our furniture throughout the house. We had notified the agency early on, when the mould had begun to show, and followed up dozens of times over email, phone and in person but nothing was ever done to fix the roof tile or rectify the mould. After months of them promising the world and doing absolutely nothing, the only thing they did was propose a rent increase.DO NOT lease a property from these people and DO NOT trust these people to lease your own property. They had admitted to us that they have never mentioned any of the damages to the landlord, and so they would have absolutely no clue of what state their property was in.They might seem pleasant in conversation, but they are so so useless and they do not care about you. We had Jaydn as our agent, and initially thought the issue was with her, but when we attempted to take the issue further up, we were not reassured.

Michael GrigoriadisMichael was very friendly and professional. He was honest to deal with when I bought the property and was able to secure me a tenant at the rental price he had quoted during the sales process. I recommend this young man.

I had the pleasure to rent with them when I first arrive in Sydney and in recent time started a business relationship with this agency! What I really like of them is that they LISTEN to your needs, they always make time for you, regardless of how busy they are. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service, knowledge and advice.After spending some time investigating different agents, we decided to go with Con because of his deep level of market knowledge in Pyrmont . This knowledge helped us achieve a settlement that surpassed that which other agents had indicated was possible. Had we gone with one of the other agents we reviewed we would have obtained a far less favorable outcome. Con indicated at the outset that he was willing to be flexible on his fee if we achieved a quick sale - and he was true to his word (something other agents refused to do). Simply, we couldn't have asked for a better experience selling our apartment.Con's professionalism, knowledge and honesty helped us achieve a fantastic settlement at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

We had our keys and lock wouldn’t work. So we called locksmiths in late evening and get the lock changed. They failed To reimburse and said you should have called us. It was late evening and their office was closed. We couldn’t get the money back and we vacated the property. They kept our new lock without paying the money. Don’t recommend renting a property with them.
