It’s been easy and reliable for me. E tel is all I need. I can finally say goodbye to problems. Best of all, it’s cheap . I don’t need to pay more for stability .

Good rates and inclusions but do not bother if you will be porting your number across. Initial response will be in weeks and if any issues then forget it. I have request cancelling today after being told yet again (after more than 2 months) that their porting is having issues when current provider confirms last request for port was more than a month ago. Customer service try to help and talk about back office systems but obviously no one in management is reading these reviews or they would have improved these back office systems.

Disappointing service. Paid fee for express post for new sim to be delivered to Melbourne and been 4 working days and still no response. Upon calling customer service it was even more annoying and irritating. I spelled my name 4 times for the customer service to get it right and even though I kept saying you are not spelling my name right she said she had the name and was an effort to just say to get my name right.Explained the issue too but the conversation was held very poorly. It doesn't seem to have a structure as to which questions and order of questions to ask, staff need more training .I wish I had read the reviews here . With this kind of service I have made up my mind to not go ahead with this provider. . There goes the money I have wasted on express post and plan and also the time waste. This business needs negative review rating for my experience.
