Have nothing to do with this unprofessional person. Be aware that Rhiannah Brown who provides a reference runs the company that built the website. In the 8 months it took (still not complete) my home was a mess- empty drink bottles and rubbish left at the top of the stairs.Simpson employed, against QBCC requirements, an unlicensed tiler. No or inadequate fall to the drains. Water sits there- trip hazard. Photo A- tiles hacked because Simpson fixed" the ramp from the ensuite to the carpeted walk-in-wardrobe the tiler put in and down which shower water travelled. There is no water proofing in that "fixed" area. Shower screen too big and attached to the timber door frame- will rot in time according to the shower screen specialists who looked at the job. Photo B. unlicensed work. And this was done to a woman undergoing treatment for cancer."
