The owner was good enough to help me install Windows 10 OS on my laptop when I was having some difficulty. He charged a reasonable price for his time and expertise.Sometimes the smaller snd independent computer shops give a more personalised service that I can imagine somewhere like Office Works or Harvey Norman would fall short on.

Cards on the table, I only went to AG because they were the only ones around Toowoomba that kept thermal paste in stock and I didn't want to wait a week to get it from UMart.Once I had a run-through of their website I noticed they stock the CPU cooler I'd been chasing for 10$ less than I'd found anywhere online! (not to mention no shipping fee)This made the drive from Highfields well worth it and I'm sure that I will be making it many more times in the future!

If you're going to shop local, i highly recommend these guys. Great product knowledge, excellent customer service, a good variety of components and they stand by what they sell. Next time i need computer gear I'll be going back. :)

Very reliable service. If they haven't got the parts, they will get them pretty quickly.. bought my 2080ti's and rampage vi extreme omega motherboard from here.. certainly will be shopping here for all future upgrades. cheers.

I came across AG Computers by luck in some ways as the product I was looking for was out of stock at virtually every store I could find. Determined to find this GFX card I kept searching through many more levels of pages than I would normally which lead me to AG Computers. Their website showed the item was in stock but I couldn't take the chance of just placing the order as there are other unscrupulous traders willing to take your money and then tell you your order has been changed to 'pre order' status...oh yes it's true! So I called AG and got to speak to Ken. He assured me he had the card in his hands as we spoke and that it was on a Black Friday special price to-boot! He told me to just place the order on the website and follow the instructions for a direct funds transfer as that's the only way they will do items that are to be delivered. A little alarm bell went off when I heard this so since I was working at the time I asked how could I be even sure the card would still be available once I'd placed the order. To my surprise Ken said he would hold the card until the next day for my order to come through. Where I'm from that's as rare as hen's teeth, traders simply wouldn't take the risk of losing a sale waiting for someone to come good with their order the next day. I was suitably impressed by this and placed my order online that evening. Once Ken had my order and details he followed up with several emails showing pictures of the card I was purchasing (he obviously detected I was paranoid!). The card would not be sent until the funds cleared into AG's account but Ken was vigilant in checking this and as soon as they had my money the card was cocooned in bubble wrap, labeled and waiting for the couriers to pick it up. In the meantime Ken sent more images of the item all wrapped up and ready to go to settle my anxiety even further. The following day the card turned up on my doorstep and yet another email was waiting for me telling me that it should be there.Forgive my long winded story but I wanted to give all the details for people who might be as paranoid as me (and these days rightfully so) to assure you that AG Computers are traders that are going above and beyond what I'm used to in an effort to be the best operators they can be. Ken's communication with me was excellent, the pricing was as good as the best I could find, the speed at which the order was processed was great and the manner in which it all happened was also a pleasure. Rest assured you will find fantastic help and service with Ken at AG, more than likely with the best pricing too!Thanks so much for your help Ken :)

I had a very specific build that I required for a new office machine. I decided to get someone to build it rather than do it myself so it had a warranty. Even the though AG computers wasn't as cheap as some of the the big chains in Brisbane, they were courteous and prompt in replying to detailed emails. They delivered in far less time than they quoted and the computer was exactly as I had asked for it. A few months on and it is running flawlessly.
