There were no queues at 2.30 pm. I was in and out quickly. Awesome customer service as normal. Love your work.

Actually I was impressed. When I got there there was a line out the door and half way down the building on the footpath. I was expecting a long long wait. However the line moved quickly and once inside I was handled pretty quickly. Then the actual consult was fast and I was out in relatively quick time. Service even came with a smile. Considering what those service staff must have to deal with in a day I was impressed.

I greatly appreciate the assistance provided by Crystal, the helpful staff member. She efficiently helped me transfer my Tassie boat license to QLD within just a few hours, a task that I had been trying to accomplish at another TMR office for two weeks without any response. Crystal's high efficiency and promptness were truly commendable.

Got my license done here this morning and the 2 ladies (I wish I got their names) that served me were so kind and helped me not to be so nervous.No wait time, I was there just before 11am..

Got my learner license there. Very helpful and friendly staffs. It was crowded and lined up, but the whole process was smooth, and efficient. Highly recommended! Took me less than an hour.

On a busy afternoon onsite to lodge AIS application which can be complex with required documentation. Processed through que quickly onto lovely lady Sweta who handled the application brilliantly, all the time with smile on her face and not scared to ask questions of AIS to ensure application flows smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and appreciated the professional processing. Job well done all round.

Went to 567 Kessells Rd. Got there nice and early and was out of there in about 15 minutes. The young man (Clay) was a delight to deal with.

Visited this TMR office after many years.I saw the long queue yet I stepped inside so that I can just get some information and come back later when it’s not busy.The arrogant security guard at the entrance is the rudest and angriest. She acts as if she’s a prison guard and treats customers as if they’re dumb. She pretends to listen to your query only to keep repeating what she only knows to queue up like everyone else. Some politeness will go a long way, simply say you can’t help with the query. No need to insult someone in front of other customers.This security guard (worked on 22/3) is a disgrace for TMR and needs training on customer service learn how to talk to people with respect.
