I Love This Shop
Brought two gender reveal poppers and they gave us two different colours trued to get a refund but they denied the refund overall would not trust this shop with anything

Very disappointed with their Refunds/Returns Policy. I bought 24 items for over $165 and went back next day with 3 items for a refund of $26 but I was told it was not possible. After a discussion the manager accepted 2 of my items as a refund being of low quality, quality not as expected but for the third item I was offered a credit note. The only signs about their policy are on top of the desk ,when you are paying for your items, nothing at the front of the shop or entrance, so be aware, otherwise you'll leave with a sour taste in your mouth. No common sense , I felt.

I Love This Shop
I went here to get some baloons and supplies for a party. It was 2 days out and the staff were so accommodating and helpful.They made some beautiful balloon arrangements for my nan's birthday. Everyone was happy and so nice.Very well priced and a lot of variety

I Love This Shop
Great shop for those special items or just to treat yourself with some retail Therapy. Disabled parking available however getting around the store in a wheelchair can be a bit tight at times lol. Would still recommend a visit though. If I bought everything I wanted from there I would be in heaven!

So disappointed in the gender reveal balloon that I pre ordered and picked up today it was the biggest disappointment I’ve ever seen there was less than a pinch of confetti inside the balloon we didn’t even see it when it popped. We phone the store to let them know and the girl who answered the phone more or less couldn’t care said they had a new girl on today we didn’t want a refund we just wanted to let them know to save the disappointment for another mother on a special day so that mistake didn’t happen again. Worst customer service from the lady!

Organised balloons for my husband’s 40th and they were so good. Nothing was too hard and they helped me figure out what would work in the space we had. Even calling around to find a specific balloon I wanted. All of the team but especially Tara and Pete went above and beyond to make everything perfect.

I Love This Shop
Would not recommend. Purchased 4 balloons, only to get home and 1 be deflated already. Can hear the air hissing out. Call the shop only to be told to bring it back, but if it’s a hole, I’ll have to pay for a new one. Not going to go out of my way to then be told I need to pay.Considering their staff member put the balloons in my car and balloon was deflated when boot was opened, don’t think I should be told it’s my fault. Extremely poor service.

Today I needed a few items, so me and a friend popped into your store, your young guys on the floor were amazing one of those guys went above and beyond to help me find some little bags that were tucked away behind some boxes, and then we headed up to the register well just wow, you all are so happy and helpful thanks for making my shopping day wonderful, you guys are amazing and thank you for great customer service AAA+++

You guys are absolutely amazing. I shop from you guys very often and every time you deliver the best service and the fastest delivery. Even during Covid outbreaks I receive my items within less than a week.I just wanted to say thank you for your hard work. Love your products, prices and customer service!
