If I could rate them 0 stars I would.Worst customer service over the phone and found it very difficult to understand the person on the other line.Was unable to locate my parcel that they attempted to deliever and had to send a request for me to be approved to collect MY own parcel.A whole day and still haven't heard anything about where my parcel is and if I can collect.

Nearly Every parcel we have had delivered through toll we have had problems. They dont deliver to my address, fair enough. They typically contact me to arrange collection from depot or delivery to a local business. I've had parcels sit at the depot for weeks before being contacted, I've had them delivered to a business without being informed or contacted at all. Most recently I've had a very large costly parcel go missing for over a month. Strangely enough it was apparently delivered to my address. every time I contact toll I'm told it was delivered, then they reopen the case only to have someone close it again because it says delivered. I'd like to know where it was delivered cause it Certainly wasn't my address or the usual businesses and no one has the answers

Absolutely useless. Phoned twice to organise a pick up and drop off from interstate and dealt with some helpful people but unfortunately those times i was lacking some personal information from the other party. Then once i got said information and called back to be told on the 3rd time by a very rude staffer, that they could not help me as they don't do residential pick ups. Absolutely ridiculous that i had to go through the whole process twice only to be told on the 3rd time that they don't do this type of pick up. Would've been nice to be informed this the first time instead of wasting my time.

What a terrible service! Despite previously advising in writing that the parcel would be left in a safe place they left a card and took back to depot. The card does not disclose the depot address but requires you to enquire online. To do this you need the consignment no. which was written incorrectly be the driver. Even when entered correctly the website says no record of the parcel. Of course the location of the depot is a closely guarded secret but you track it down to find your parcel has been taken 13km away and who knows when it will arrive back there. Hard to see how the service could get any worse.

Overnite delivery from NSW has so far taken 8 days. 1 day to Launceston, 3 days to Burnie, 4 days to ulverston., with promise it might turn up tomorrow. Had 2 of these already. Don't ring the 13 number as they have no ldea what is going on and will stretch out the tracking operation. If you want results ring your local depot.

Terrible customer service, requests not passed along, zero contact, terrible delivery service, when my parcel was finally delivered after a week it was left at someone else's property. will never use them again.

Zero stars for their inability to perform their core business - reliable and prompt deliveries of goods to your premises.One star for a useful tracking system. My advice is to monitor the parcel online and as soon as it reaches the Launceston Depot phone them and tell them you'll pick it up. Much quicker than waiting the 1-2 days for them to get around putting it on a local truck only to end up with a Missed Delivery card and having to go to the depot to pick it up.

Not a happy camper. Had a parcel sent to an address provided, and it was sent back. Why, the address was a post office. What a joke!
