I had great experience of having an iron infusion at Forest lake doctors,Excellent doctors & staff.Dr Saba is highly experienced & nice.Nurse Supreet is very professional and caring too , She has been very supportive during iron infusion today,feel like so welcomedI highly recommend visiting this place for all your medical needs

This has to be the best practice in the area, always helpful and accommodating, The doctors here have extensive knowledge and are always open to listening to the patients needs. Dr Karunakaran Muthuthamby has been our family GP now for 2 years and we could not have asked for a more amazing Doctor.the staff are all so friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating on days when the appointments are fully booked.

I love this place. I have never had any issues with here. This is my go to place for the past 5 years. The reception staff is lovely and the reception manager Gayani does a fantastic job and is very approachable. I take my 2 daughters to Dr Karu, who is very caring and patient to listen. And I would also like to thank nurse Shashi for being wonderful at getting my baby's first year vaccines, as it was 3 injections it really worried me that the baby is going to cry alot, but she was so fast and we'll prepared the baby didn't even realize till the last injection :) also thank u Tiyara from reception for always treating with a smile.

I came to the clinic on short notice several times and the staff has been so accommodating and lovely on each occasion. They are prompt in dealing with issues and I would strongly recommend seeing any of the health practitioners present, to address your needs. Dr Karu in particular is highly competent, has excellent bedside manners and is accepting of both walk-in patients and prescheduled bookings!

Doctor SAN is so friendly and professional as always. Also now Dr. Sun who is a physiologist. He is good. I just go one time and my legs feel better.

I have experienced the most unethical practice from FL doctors today. I have booked an appointment ( telehealth) yesterday over the phone ( as it was the only way to book a telehealth appointment). Reception booked me in without any issues. Then I've received a phone call from reception today, about 10 minutes later to my appointment time, to inform me that I have to pay out of pocket for my appointment because they don't do bulk billing anymore. When I questioned why I wasn't informed at the time I've made the appointment yesterday, they had no answer nor showed any sympathy for their actions. As a patient who's anxiously waiting for the doctor to call me on my appointment, knowing that I'm vulnerable to get the service/ medical advice, I find it very low & unethical for a medical practice to do such thing. I'm writing this to warn others who can fall in to the same trap with them .You've lost a loyal customer/ patient

I had an appointment with Dr Karunakaran and it was the worst Dr experience I've ever had. Avoid this Dr and practice at all costs! He stared at his phone while I tried to ask him a question, he only answered me once he had finished reading his phone. He did not take my symptoms seriously. Poor Customer service, huge lack of professionalism from the Dr and receptionists. Would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Service not good.. They not informed on website doctor not bulk billing they charge fee your own pocket.. At least they should know the person.. Before they booked appointment online

I have been visiting Forest Lake Doctors for 6 months since moving here and have found the doctors, reception staff and in particular, the nurses, friendly, attentive, respectful and always go the extra mile for me. I regularly attend the clinic and have met many of the staff and see the regular occurrences of abuse, harrassment and uncomfortable situations the staff have to deal with on a daily basis. Forest lake doctors is the place to go if you need quick, bulk billed, quality healthcare. If you know what your needs are, the doctors are very receptive to opinion and feedback, giving you more freedom of choice than many of the other doctors I've visited. The waiting times are very short and the booking/reminders system is effective.

Rang booked an appointment they even sent a text confirming my appointment, arrive here and the place is closed up on the given day, not really a professional clinic in my eyes, very sad.
