My best tattoo studio experience yet. Staff are accommodating, kind, patient and had plenty of snacks and drinks for clients. They make you feel welcomed, comfortable and appreciated as a customer. Shout out to Bobbie who was great and talked me through the process as we went

Had a really good experience with Paul Rapley. Was my first tattoo and made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Warmest hands and straightest lines in the West.

Second visit to this shop for my second tattoo. Russel is a master of his craft. My second tattoo was tricky as I had to cover an old one. He did another amazing job. The rest of the staff around were awesome and super friendly. Very cool vibes in this shop. Will totally be back for some more ink.

If I could give Hamsa Tattoo 5000 stars I would. I had by tattoo done by Khrys. Not only is Khrys talented, friendly and amazing, I felt that my vision for my tattoo was listened to and executed flawlessly.Beyond the art, I also wanted to acknowledge the inclusive space Hamsa has created. As a non-binary, queer, person of colour there are places that feel accepting and safe, but Hamsa goes beyond that by making people feel welcome. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by staff, you immediately know that your are in a great place. You're not just a customer, you're a well treated guest in the home of a community of amazing tattoo artists.It was my first tattoo experience and I was a bit nervous. Everyone at Hamsa, and especially my artist Khrys immediately made those feelings go away through empathy, consideration, and genuine care.If more businesses treated their customers like Hamsa the world would be a better place!

I travel down from Wodonga VIC to visit Carly at Hamsa Tattoo and absolutely love coming down every time. All the staff and artists are so lovely and welcoming, and the shop is so bright and cute but also really clean. I love how supportive and friendly everyone is to not only each other but all the clients too. Getting a tattoo done can make you feel really anxious and vulnerable sometimes, but I never once felt nervous or uncomfy while getting tattooed here. They always have plenty of snacks and drinks for you if you need them too which is really nice! I love this studio, I honestly don't ever want to go anywhere else. :)

This is hands down the best tattoo studio I have ever had the pleasure of being inked in. The team were so friendly and accomodating. I was tattooed by the one and only Bobbie Dazzler✨✨She was amazing to have a chat with, super professional and ensured that I was comfortable and doing well throughout the entirety of the process.Would strongly recommend coming here for a tattoo. Had Paige give me my first tattoo. Was greeted so nicely by reception which put some of my nerves at ease. Everyone was super awesome and made sure I was comfortable and Paige made sure I knew every step she was taking with my piece. Great experience:))

Had an awesome first tattoo experience with Paul Rapley, he was so patient with me even though it took us forever to fine-tune the design & position of a small piece of tattoo!I honestly felt so bad but he kept reassuring me it's ok as it's going on to my body forever. The rest of the team were all very nice.There are snacks & drinks for refreshment. Even sanitary pads for girls in the bathroom. You can tell from details like these that you are in a place where they put clients first and have really thought about what's needed to make everyone comfortable. Just want to say a big thank you once again!
